Privacy policy.

What Ablix processes when you use chat, the console, and the API.

Release draft. The legal operator, applicable privacy terms, and retention schedules are being finalized. This page describes current product behavior; it is not a complete legal privacy notice.

Information we process

  • Account information, including your name, email, authentication records, and sessions, lets you sign in and manage access.
  • Chat content includes prompts, replies, conversation titles, and saved revisions. Ablix stores saved conversations so you can return to them.
  • Organization records include names, identifiers, membership roles, and invitations. API credentials connect requests to the organization that created them.
  • Usage and credit records track requests, token consumption, and charges. Support messages contain information you choose to send us.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide replies, save your work, authenticate requests, manage organization access, calculate usage, investigate service problems, and respond to you. Do not include secrets or personal information that your task does not require.

How requests are processed

Generating a reply requires processing your prompt and relevant conversation context through the infrastructure serving the selected model. Third-party processing conditions can differ by model and deployment. Do not assume that all models offer the same retention, location, or training restrictions.

This page does not make a platform-wide zero-retention or no-training promise. Request written confirmation of the processing terms you need before sending regulated or confidential material.

Your choices

  • Delete a saved conversation from its chat menu when you no longer need it. This removes the conversation and its saved revisions from active application storage; it does not promise immediate removal from backups or separate operational records.
  • Revoke a compromised API key in the console and replace it in your applications.
  • Contact support@ablix.ai for questions about access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information. Account and organization ownership may need verification before a request is handled.

Sessions and local preferences

Authentication uses session cookies. The interface also uses browser storage and URL preferences to keep the app usable across visits. Removing browser data may sign you out or reset preferences.

Ablix does not currently load advertising or analytics trackers. Session cookies support sign-in and account security. We will update this notice and request any required consent before introducing optional tracking. Fonts are currently loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser request information.

Privacy questions

Write to support@ablix.ai with the subject “Privacy request”. Include your account email and the request you want us to handle. Do not send passwords, API keys, or unnecessary sensitive documents.
