Terms of use.

The responsibilities that come with using Ablix.

Release draft. The contracting entity, governing law, commercial terms, and final legal text require approval before public launch. This preview is not a substitute for an executed agreement.

Your account and organization

Keep account credentials and API keys secure. Only invite people you intend to give access to your organization. Use the least access needed and remove access when it is no longer required.

Organization owners are responsible for managing membership and credentials. An invitation must be accepted by its intended recipient; possession of an organization ID alone does not grant access.

Responsible use

  • Use Ablix only for activities you are authorized to perform and content you are allowed to submit.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, steal credentials, disrupt the service, or evade access and usage controls.
  • Do not use the service to exploit people, violate their privacy, or distribute unlawful content.
  • Review model outputs before relying on them. Generated answers can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation.

Your content

You are responsible for the material you submit and how you use generated output. Submit only content you have permission to process. Using a model does not establish ownership, originality, or freedom from third-party rights in its output.

Read the privacy and data-handling pages before choosing what to send. Saved chats are retained to provide conversation history.

Usage and credits

Requests may consume credits according to the model and usage recorded by the service. Check the current price and balance in the console before running a workload. Availability of a model in the catalogue does not guarantee that a request can run with your current balance or access.

Payment, refund, tax, and subscription terms must be supplied in the applicable commercial terms before a purchase. This draft does not create a refund, expiry, or service-level promise.

Availability and changes

Models, limits, and supported features may change. Build applications to handle rejected requests, interruptions, and unavailable models. Do not rely on generated output as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or other consequential decisions.
